This in an 8-week 1-2-1 online mindfulness programme for adult beginners. This programme is delivered through Microsoft teams.

  • This programme will teach you all you need to know about mindfulness so that you can start bringing the skills of mindfulness practice into your daily life.
  • We will meet each week for 1-hour duration. Weekly sessions will be structured whereby you will gain a thorough understanding of mindfulness, both theoretically and experientially.  You will be taught a variety of mindfulness and awareness practices to sharpen the attention networks and develop greater awareness of the mind-body-energy system.
  • You will be given all the tools, and support needed to develop stability of mind enabling you to bring the mind-body-energy system into balance.  The skills you will learn will become your tools for life enabling you to navigate through the inevitable challenges and opportunities life brings enabling you to thrive, life your purpose, feel balanced and whole.
