Developing Resilient Minds |
Helping your child to manage anxiety and emotional overwhelm through mindfulness tools and skills - equipping your child with the tools to navigate life.
Whether we like the word 'resilience' or not, without it we can feel at the mercy of our emotional states resulting in heightened anxiety, stress and fear-based overwhelm which can disrupt a childs development, resulting in lack of confidence, low self-esteem, inability to focus and concentrate, impeding growth, and personal attainment. This can lead to a variety of mental health challenges that often become entrenched for the child, if not supported early, leading to repeated patterns of struggle across their lifespan.
At Mindflow, we believe that embracing a proactive, and
preventive strategy is the way forward. One that equips
children early with the tools, and strategies to build inner, mental and emotional resilience before mental health issues take root, and become entrenched. We do this by training your child to develop stability of mind through the practice of mindfulness practice.
I work alongside the parent and child within this process. Teaching both the parent and child, the skills of mindfulness practice so that they can support their child when anxiety starts to activate.
By embedding mindfulness and emotional regulation skills into early education, we can empower the next generation with the tools they need to navigate life’s inevitable challenges with clarity and resilience, enabling them to thrive and create the life they want to live.
